Takeover Brand Control Rooms Deventer

Due to a take-over, Brand Control Rooms in Deventer will be part of the Lebor Group as of March 9, 2022. Together with KP Interieur and Leferink Projectinrichters we form a combination as furnishing party for many forms of real estate.

Brand Control Rooms

Herman Brand, second generation of the ninety-year-old family business: "When you have owned a business for so long, you are careful about selling. After my first meeting with Mark Leferink, I immediately saw a good match; we outsource twenty to thirty per cent of our turnover to other project furnishers or interior designers. Now that all this has come together in one group, we are even stronger in the specialist market of control rooms! Mark Leferink is also very pleased with this takeover. "Together we form a fantastic club of companies for the design of (company) buildings where the user is central. The focus is and remains on the employees of the organisation. The combination of project design, interior design and control rooms is cast-iron and complements each other enormously."

The creation of a renewed holding

The Lebor Group (1969) is the new name of the holding company above these three companies and has its headquarters in Deventer. The origin lies with the family business Leferink, founded in 1969 by Anton Leferink. Owner-manager Mark Leferink (1971) is the second generation and sees many opportunities in the cooperation of KP Interieur, Leferink and Brand Control Rooms. The Lebor Group has 65 employees in total.

Custom-made producer of completely furnished control rooms

For many years already, Brand Control Rooms is the specialist in the turnkey delivery of control rooms, for security, harbours, NOC's and the (chemical) industry. At home as well as abroad. Projects are approached from an ergonomic research point of view, by means of a self-developed consultancy method. Together with the operators and the management of the clients Brand Control Rooms creates a 24/7 healthy and energetic workplace.

Creating work environments that give meaning and depth

Leferink Project furnishings designs and realises sustainable working environments in which people are central. It's all about working environments that unburden, inspire and motivate while being functional and comfortable. Leferink believes that getting the best out of staff starts with creating a pleasant working environment. With its own circular furniture line ROOND, Leferink pays a lot of attention to the circular market for office furniture and custom-made interiors. Whether it concerns colleges, universities, companies, care institutions or governments, together with the enthusiastic team, these goals are pursued. Leferink is located in the recently completely rebuilt office and showroom 'De Werkfabriek' in Haaksbergen.

High quality interior matching the identity of your organisation

KP Interieur is an interior builder with its origins in the Kroezen and Schopman families. KP Interieur is big enough to have every process, from design to construction and assembly, in its own hands. And small enough to be highly involved in every step taken. High-quality custom work is characteristic: cupboards, kitchens, pantries and authentic furniture are made at the production site in Emmen. The customers of KP Interieur stretch all over the Netherlands; from companies, museums and libraries to private individuals.
