The Port of Rotterdam manages, runs and develops the Port of Rotterdam and industrial area. The Port of Rotterdam is an international hub for the flow of goods and location for industry and logistics services. The Port is responsible for the safe and rapid processing of shipping.
We have fitted out multiple Port Coordination Centres (HCC) for the Port, so too the centre at the Kop van Zuid location.
Following a thorough renovation, the space was split into 2 floors. Immediately after completion of the constructional elements and to separate the HCC and the meeting rooms, Brand Control Rooms created a corridor of made-to-measure glass panels, cabinets (such as shift and technical cabinets) and electrically lockable doors. We furnished the HCC with its 15 compact workspaces and 12 meeting rooms. In an adjacent space in the HCC, we reinstalled consoles we had previously manufactured for the Nederlands Loodswezen B.V.
